Solution |
In this scenario, the client browser can access the internet via explicit web proxy but the dashboard widgets always show 0 proxy sessions.
It is necessary to check on the following:
- Refer to product release notes and use supported web browser versions for GUI access, other web browsers might function correctly.
- Run CLI command to verify the current active Proxy/UTM Sessions.:
# diag wad session list | grep total # diag wad session count
- Check the policy configuration to ensure the UTM security profile is applied with certificate inspection at least. |
