In the diagram below, FortiProxy has several ports (aggregate port and interface 4) going to the local Syslog Server.
The requirement is to use interface 4 for Syslog traffic only.
To specify the interface reserved for Syslog, configure the following settings under syslogd:
config log syslogd setting set interface-select-method specify set interface port4 end
