Description

This article describes one reason that FortiPortal might display 'Policy packages not available' (7.2) or 'No policy set is available. Please contact System Administrator' (7.0) when viewing Security -> Policy in the organization view.

Scope

FortiPortal.

Solution

FortiPortal will not display policy packages that have not been previously installed.

On FortiManager, create or install an existing policy package to a device and it will then show in FortiPortal.
