Starting from Portal 6.0 FortiPortal supports only Analyzer mode
Before Upgrade to 6.0 portal, migrate portal to Analyzer mode
1) Take VMSnapshots of Portal, Portal DB, Collector and Collector DB.
2) Shutdown the FortiCollector VM, Collector DB.
3) Delete the Collector Setting on Portal GUI:
Admin -> Devices -> Collectors.
4) Change the Analytics source to FortiAnalyzer:
Admin -> Settings -> Analytics Data Source.
5) Make sure FortiManager/FortiAnalyzer connection status is up on the portal.
6) Poll all FortiManagers/FortiAnalyzers to verify the connection status.
7) Disable Syslog forwarding on FortiAnalyzer.
1) Verify the Connection status to FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer.
2) Verify the logs are received on Portal for all customer.
