Description This article describes how to allow all organization admin users in FortiPortal to view all audit logs.
Scope FortiPortal.
Solution

By default, each admin cannot see audit logs from others when logging into the customer portal.

 

For instance, testuser and newuser are each able to access only their respective audit logs, as illustrated below:

If it is needed for all admins to have visibility into all audit logs, including those generated by other admins. It can be enabled from the CLI command in the provider portal:

 

config system admin setting
    set show-all-org-user-audit-logs enable

end


After this option is enabled, every admin user will have access to all audit logs within the customer portal, as demonstrated below:

Note: This CLI setting is available starting from the following versions:

  • v7.0.8 and above.
  • v7.2.3 and above.
  • v7.4.0 and above.
