| Solution |
From FortiPortal, no option is visible the Feature Visibility. It is necessary to perform from FortiManager.
Then go to Device -> FortiManager -> Poll the Info from FortiManager.
After Poll -> Go to Organization -> The Feature Visibility will be visible under Policy Package.
