Description

This article describes how to enable ping/ICMP in the FortiPortal interface.

Scope

FortiPortal v7.2.2 and above

Solution

Note:

In FortiPortal v7.2.1 and below, the parameter 'allowaccess' is not supported

To enable ping/ICMP, SSH/Console to FortiPortal, enter the following CLI command:

config system interface

edit <interface/port>

set allowaccess icmp,ssh,https

end

Sample Result:
