Description	This article describes what information to provide during a ticket creation when reporting a FortiPortal issue specifically on v7.0 or v7.2.
Scope	v7.0, v7.2.
Solution	Refer to the following steps to collect this information: Debug log files from the GUI: Go to Settings --> General --> System logs and select ‘Export’. Collect the HAR file and screen recording as described in Technical Tip: FortiPortal information to collect when a ticket is raised. Create a local user with an 'Admin' profile on FortiPrivateCloud and provide the backup configuration from FortiPrivateCloud. Create a Local User: Go to System -> Admins and select ‘create’. Backup configuration: Go to Dashboard -> System configuration and select the backup icon. Upload the backup configuration along with the user credentials created in the previous step.
