Troubleshooting Tip: Some secret videos cannot be played on FortiPAM when using the browser extension mode

Description	This article explains the issue where some secret videos cannot be played when it is uploaded with browser extension mode.
Scope	FortiPAM browser extension v7.4.4/1847 and below.
Solution	When Secret is launched with browser extension mode, some of the secret videos cannot be played. Problematic video usually shows below symptoms: The video is loading forever with a loading circle. The video can be played when saving the video manually in webm format. From the web browser developer tool, video chunk files are not complete, and an error is shown when requesting for sqlserver.log file. Ensure the browser extension is updated to the latest v7.4.5.1937.
