FortiPAM allows you to protect, isolate and secure privileged account credentials, manage and control privileged user access, and monitor and record privileged account activity.
When the requester requests to access the secret, the requester can add in comment, and this comment can be viewed by the approver.
When approvers review the request and approve it, approvers can put in a comment as well. But this comment can only be viewed by the requester in the request list under the requester's account, while it cannot be viewed by the approver or the subsequent approvers in a multi-tier approvals scenario.
This feature is currently unavailable on FortiPAM (tested on v1.7.2) and requires a new feature request (NFR) if needed.
