FortiPAM allows you to protect, isolate and secure privileged account credentials, manage and control privileged user access, and monitor and record privileged account activity.
This article describes the processes used to record video when launching secrets in FortiPAM with webrdp.

Solution
There are 2 methods to record video for a secret session in FortiPAM:
Agentless with FortiPAM extension for the browser.
FortiClient with FortiPAM feature enabled.
When only the FortiPAM extension is installed, the video record process will be shown as a browser process. For example, if using Google Chrome, the process will be chrome.
When only FortiClient with FortiPAM feature is installed, the video record process will be shown as FortiClient Video Record daemon.
When both FortiPAM extension and FortiClient with FortiPAM feature are installed, the video record process will still use the FortiClient Video Record daemon. This is because FortiClient has more flexibility than the FortiPAM extension for video encoding. This is by design.
