Description This article describes how to troubleshoot the NetFlow dashboard that shows empty on NetFlow Status.
Scope FortiNDR.
Solution

FortiNDR Netflow statistic is showing no data on the NetFlow dashboard, despite there being traffic passing through:

Check if NetFlow is enabled under the CLI by using:

 

#exe netflow on

Reconfigure the Baseline under Netflow -> Netflow ML Configuration -> Default, and wait for the 7-day cycle for the Baselining to complete:
