If this error is displayed, the appliance has an older key.

| Solution |
Customers with a FortiCare account and appliance support coverage can download a new key from the Customer Support Portal at: http://support.fortinet.com.

Customers that are unable to download new keys from FortiCare will be able to upgrade to the following versions (but no higher):
