Description

This article describes the behavior where the following error occurs when selecting the Download button.

Scope

Version: 9.x, F7.x.

Solution

'Download Error, No available Distribution'.

This happens if the Product Distribution Directory field is left at its default value ('.').

Update the Distribution Directory field listed under System Updates Settings in the appropriate release notes.
