Description This article describes configuring the Principal process thread count/Memory usage warning and generating critical alarms.
Scope FortiNAC.
Solution

Alarms are sent every 30 seconds.

  1. Log in to the Administration UI and locate the Events & Alarms under the Logs tab.
  2. Select Management, Event Thresholds.
  3. Select Software and configure the thresholds as per the organization's environment needs.
  4. Review the thread count over some time. Threshold values can be adjusted as required.

Thread Count default values need adjustment depending on the environment under FortiNAC control.

 

The following values are recommended for the 'MasterLoader':

  • Warning 700.
  • Critical 800.
