Description

 

This article describes how to export the Persistent Agent configuration from a windows host.

This is useful for sharing with TAC when performing Persistent Agent troubleshooting.

 

Scope

 

FortiNAC.

 

Solution

 

1) Open Windows registry editor:

Press WIN+R and type 'regedit'.

2) Navigate to HKLM\Software\Bradford:

Networks\Client Security Agent.


Note.

On 64-bit operating systems in RegEdit, these registry values will appear in the following

key:

 

HKLM\Software\wow6432node

3) Select with right-click 'Client Security Agent' folder and export.

Save the file and share it.
