Description

This article describes an issue with Self-Registration/Email which does not work after changing the DNS Server. Neither email nor text with login information is received once the Self-Registration request is submitted by end user in the Captive Portal.

Scope

FortiNAC.

Solution

Restart Network Sentry services to clear the cache of the email server.
