This article describes the message 'Processes Down' seen on the Secondary Server Administrative UI when the Primary Server is In Control.

Solution
This is the normal and expected behavior.
To confirm Secondary Server is running and in standby mode, check the System Summary panel in the Dashboard on the Primary Server Administrative UI.
Under normal conditions, the status of servers should be as follows:
Primary Server(s): Running - In Control.
Secondary Server(s): Running - Not In Control.
Secondary Server(s): Running - Not In Control.
