Description This article describes how to troubleshoot the Persistent Agent Credentials window pop-up on Windows.
Scope FortiNAC, Persistent Agent.
Solution

After the Persistent Agent establishes communication with FortiNAC, the FortiNAC requests the PA to log in through a pop-up window.

It is possible to search the keyword 'Login' in the 'C:\ProgramData\Bradford Networks\bndaemon_log.txt'.

2023-03-01 12:41:39 UTC :: Received,req=89077217,resp=0,Login,FNAC.lab.local <- FortiNAC requested the login credentials from the device.

2023-03-01 12:41:39 UTC :: Processed,req=89077217,resp=0,Login,FNAC.lab.local <- PA responded back with the credentials.

If the pop-up window takes too much time to be requested by FortiNAC, then it can be necessary to check the CPU and memory utilization of the FortiNAC.
