Description This article describes how to install/upload an old FortiNAC Agent package to FortiNAC.
Scope FortiNAC, Legacy Agent Package, New Agent Package Persistent Agent, Dissolvable Agent.
Solution

The Persistent Agent directory is: /bsc/campusMgr/agent/packages/.

 

  1. Download the WINSCP and scp to FortiNAC, then go to: /bsc/campusMgr/agent/packages/ directory.
  2. Log in to the 'fnac-updates.fortinet.net' portal using the FortiNAC credentials that are available under System -> Settings -> Updates -> System.

  1. Download any package needed (for example agent-5.2.1.8.jar).

  2. In the WINSCP, locate the agent on the Windows device then drag and drop it to the FortiNAC package directory.

  3. Then go to Agent Packages under System -> Settings -> Updates.
