Description

This article discusses servers that are unable to perform Operating System updates when set to use updates.bradfordnetworks.com.

Symptoms include:

'ERROR' status appears when checking for updates in the Administration GUI. 'Peer's Certificate has expired' errors when attempting to check or run OS updates via CLI (>yum -y update).

Scope

FortiNAC v8.x, v9.x.

Solution

In the GUI System - > Settings - > Updates - > System.

Change the Host setting to fnac-updates.fortinet.net
