Solution
If port-security is enabled in the modeled Switch, it is necessary to enable secure ports in FortiNAC and verify switch port configuration.
Switch example:
- Select the unit and select 'Model Configuration'.

- Select the unit and select 'Model Configuration'.

Another window will open.
Under 'Detail Configuration', select 'Secure Ports' and 'Apply':
