Description
This article describes an issue with Chrome Book browsers which are unable to display the Captive Portal page when isolated. If the 'Browse as Guest' option in the browser is selected, however, the Captive Portal pages are able to build.
It has been observed that, by default, the browser attempts to reach accounts.google.com and fails. When the 'Browse as Guest' option is set, the browser does not attempt to reach this particular site.

Solution
Add accounts.google.com on the Allowed Domain list.
Go to System -> Settings -> Control -> Allowed Domains -> Add.
