| Solution | Unknown hosts connecting without the Persistent Agent to the VPN are only given the default portal. Without applying the redirect script to the correct portal success page the redirect does not occur and the user sees the message to close and reopen the browser. Add the redirection script to the default portal under the VPN -> Success page configuration -> Please Wait message. The default portal is always separated by a bar in the list when multiple portals are in use.
