Technical Tip: Cannot uninstall Windows Persistent Agent when Installer Location is no longer accessible

Description	This article describes the steps to locate the GUID of the installed Windows Persistent Agent product and how to remove the InstallSource when the InstallSource is no longer accessible and the agent cannot be uninstalled using the installer file.
Scope	FortiNAC Persistent Agent all versions.
Solution	1) Find the agent GUID in Registry. Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Bradford Networks\Client Security Agent Uninstall should show a GUID alphanumeric string with hyphens. 2) Locate the Uninstall location using the GUID. Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\ 3) Remove the InstallSource key. 4) Proceed to install normally.
