Description | This article describes how to fix the Google Authentication issue with FortiNAC due to the use of a Private or Public IP address in the origin. |
Scope | FortiNAC, FortiNAC-F. |
Solution | Once an authentication is started against Google for FortiNAC, Google waits for a domain name in the origin that matches the Google API: Authorized JavaScript origins. Instead of using a Domain Name, in cases of usage of any Public or Private IP addresses, the following error will occur. In the above case, one DNS A record should be created with the hostname that is already in Authorized JavaScript origins, and this hostname should be used as the origin. |
