Troubleshooting Tip: Error displayed when exporting data from FortiNAC UI

Description	This article describes behavior where a certificate error is generated when exporting data from the FortiNAC Admin UI.
Scope	FortiNAC-F v7.6.
Solution	Example: In the FortiNAC GUI, navigate to Users & Hosts -> Adapters. Select Export.  The error 'Cannot create export files without valid certificate' is displayed. This behavior can occur when using an insecure URL. This is by design. Other exportable data include: Hosts. User accounts. Endpoint compliance. To export data, the browser must be connecting to the FortiNAC Admin UI using a secure URL (e.g. https://<hostname>:8443/).   This is in the Admin UI Certificate Target description under Server Certificates in the Administration Guide.
