Description

This article describes the behavior where the following error displays in Inventory after upgrading FortiNAC to version F7.4:

Error Loading Topology
TopologyDefinitions.DeviceManagementAPI is undefined

After selecting 'OK', the Inventory displays the devices in the tree. When a device is selected, however, the right pane is blank.

This behavior can occur if the web browser cache is not cleared after the upgrade.

Scope

FortiNAC -F vF7.4.0

Solution

Close the browser tab.
Clear the web browser cache.
Log back into the GUI.
