Description This article describes the FortiNAC-CA server list statuses in FortiNAC-Manager.
Scope FortiNAC.
Solution

At this stage, if the CA is selected in the server list, the tab 'Open Server UI' will be grayed out. The 'Open Server UI' will be available only after the server status is correctly reflected in the GUI.

  • If FortiNAC-CA status shows as 'Running - in Control' in the FortiNAC-Manager server list, this indicates that the status is correct, and communication is successful between FortiNAC-CA and FortiNAC-Manager.

  • In case FortiNAC-F v7.6 N+1 HA deployment is in use, FortiNAC-F v7.6 Manager displays the FortiNAC-CAs healthy connection status shown below.
