Description This article describes how to log in to the GUI during the initial setup of FortiNAC-F.
Scope FortiNAC-F.
Solution

This procedure applies after the IP address and routing configuration have been completed using the CLI.

 

  1. After configuring the IP address using the CLI, enter the following URL in the browser address bar. Port 8443 is used for GUI login.

https://<IP address>:8443/

 

  1. The default login credentials are as follows.

  • User: root
  • Password: YAMS

If the login is successful, the following screen is displayed.

Note: 

FortiNAC applications usually take up to 10 minutes to start all processes. If the login screen does not appear, try again after a few minutes. The credentials set on the CLI are not the same credentials used by the FortiNAC application to log in through the browser.
