Solution |
It is possible to encounter the following issue where the Upgrade Status of a managed device shows as ‘Firmware Upgrade License Not Found’.
If the license on FortiGate is valid but it shows as Firmware Upgrade License Not Found on FortiManager, then most likely there is a connectivity issue between FortiManager and FortiGuard server.
For FortiManager 7.4.1 and above, and 7.2.6 and above, this setting can be found under System Settings -> Advanced -> Misc Settings -> Use Web Proxy.
For earlier versions of FortiManager, this setting can be found under FortiGuard -> Settings.
Make sure to use the correct IP address, port number, and credentials.
