Troubleshooting Tip: Unable to add proxy-based web filter security profile to firewall policy in FortiManager

Description	This article describes the scenario where a proxy-based web filter security profile cannot be added to a firewall policy in FortiManager.
Scope	FortiManager.
Solution	For this demonstration, the user has created a proxy-based web filter security profile named 'proxy-wf' in FortiManager. However, the user does not see the newly created web filter security profile when trying to add it to a firewall policy. Since the default inspection mode of a firewall policy is set to Flow-based, the user will need to manually change the inspection mode to Proxy-based to view and add proxy-based web filter security profiles into the firewall policy.
