Troubleshooting:
Enter the following in the FortiManager/FortiAnalyzer CLI:
get system status exe tac report diagnose fmupdate view-serverlist fds diagnose fmupdate service-restart fds diagnose fmupdate view-linkd-log fds

After executing the above commands, try to register the FortiManager unit again the next time the registration wizard pops up. After taking these steps, the registration and SSO prompt with FortiCare should no longer appear on every login to FortiManager.
