Scope FortiManager.
Solution
  1. Users may come across a 'Double global assignment exists' error when trying to assign a global policy package to FortiManager ADOM. For this example, the user is prompted with a 'Double global assignment exists' error when trying to assign the 'global_policypackage' global policy package to  'adom_1'.

Refer to the below document to assign a global policy package:

Assign a global policy package

  1. The 'Double global assignment exists' error appears when the specific ADOM has already been assigned to an existing global policy package. In this example, 'adom_1' has already been assigned to the 'default' global policy package.

  1. Once 'adom_1' has been deleted from being assigned to the 'default' global policy package, the user will then be able to assign 'adom_1' to the 'global_policypackage' global policy package.
