Description This article describes how to identify unsupported downgrade without factory reset on FortiManager.
Scope Any supported version of FortiManager.
Solution

The downgrade is not supported in FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer. In order to see if the system can receive support, it can be possible to enter the below command in the FortiManager/FortiAnayzer command line:
