Solution |
The downgrade is not supported in FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer. In order to see if the system can receive support, it can be possible to enter the below command in the FortiManager/FortiAnayzer command line:
FMG # diag cdb upgrade summary ==== New configuration database initiated ====
FMG # diag cdb upgrade log ==== New configuration database initiated ====
