Description

This article describes how to handle an error that occurs when opening the MITRE ATTACK page in FortiManager (when FortiManager is acting as FortiAnalyzer).

Solution

The step to fix the error:

  1. Follow the upgrade path.
  2. Check that the system performance meets requirements when enabling the FortiAnalyzer features at FortiManager.
  3. Run debugging to check if any errors are encountered:

 

diagnose test application fazcfgd 6 db tail 100 <----- Shows the last 100 log lines from the FortiAnalyzer configuration database, as seen by the fazcfgd daemon, at debug level 6.

 

  1. Run the command to repair the FortiAnalyzer-CDB at FortiManager.

 

diagnose faz-cdb fix check-report-folder all <----- The command will not cause the FortiManager to reboot.
