Solution |
An issue may be encountered where the status of a managed FortiSwitch keeps changing to Unauthorized in the FortiSwitch Manager page in FortiManager although the switch is shown as Authorized in the FortiGate.

The same FortiSwitch is shown as Unauthorized in FortiManager:
This issue might happen when the FortiSwitch is previously connected to a different managed FortiGate, and the previous entry is not yet removed in FortiSwitch Manager.
To ensure FortiManager can update the FortiSwitch status correctly, in the FortiSwitch Manager, remove the previous entry before proceeding with Authorizing the FortiSwitch. |
