Solution |
FortiGate shows real numbers for the Hit Count in the firewall policies.
However, in some cases, the FortiManager shows all 0s for the Hit Count of the firewall policies in the Policy Package. Even if the Hit Count is refreshed, it still shows all 0s.
Ensure that the Policy Package status is in sync. If the Policy Package status is not in sync, FortiManager can not fetch the real Hit Count value from FortiGate.
