Description

This article describes how to troubleshoot FortiGate remote access operations in FortiManager Workspace Mode.

Scope FortiManager.
Solution
  1. When FortiManager has workspace mode enabled and the ADOM is not locked, the admin user will not see any available remote access operations (Connect to CLI via SSH/Reboot/Shutdown) under the FortiGate device database.

  1. The admin user must first lock the ADOM. Subsequently, the FortiGate remote access operations will appear under the FortiGate device database.
