Description
This article describes how to display the Export to CSV/Excel option in Device Manager for FortiManager version 7.2 and above.
Scope
FortiManager 7.2 / 7.4 and 7.6.
Solution
FortiManager v7.0.x will show the option in Device Manager under More -> Export to CSV/Export to Excel. This is by design.
Choosing the Export to Excel option will include all columns in the Device Manager, Export to CSV will provide an option to choose customized columns.
In FortiManager 7.2, the option are removed and must be enabled manually under System Settings -> Admin Settings -> Display Options on GUI -> Enable Show Device List Import/Export Buttons.
(In FortiManager 7.4 and later, System Settings -> Settings -> Display Options on GUI -> Enable Show Device List Import/Export Buttons.)
