Solution |
The following error message can be seen when trying to delete the admin 'test_admin'.
Since the error message does not provide much information, users can try to delete the admin account via CLI.
This will show additional information on why the deletion failed. In the example above, the output shows that the administrator is configured in the workflow matrix for the root ADOM, which means that the admin 'test_admin' is part of the Workflow approval group for the root ADOM. To fix this, simply remove the admin from the approval group.
Now the administrator can be deleted from FortiManager.
