| Solution |
First, it is necessary to check if the Webrating override is enabled in Feature Visibility. For this go to Tools -> Feature Visibility and make sure ‘Web Rating Overrides’ is enabled.
After that navigate to Policy & Objects -> Security Profiles. On the drop-down menu at the top, select the option for Web Rating Override:
Select Create New and it will show this screen:
Here, enter the URL and select the category the web rating is desired to override. Add a change note and then select Ok.
After that make sure the correct action is set in the web filter profile for this category if it is desired to allow or deny it.
Lastly, push these changes by ‘Install policy package’ and these will be pushed to the FortiGate.
