Solution |
2. Check if a valid FortiCare Support Contract is registered for the product’s Serial Number that this Entitlement File is uploaded at. If there is no valid support contract registered under the product’s Serial Number, then uploading the Entitlement File will result in the above error.
3. Once the Forticare Contract on the support portal is registered, proceed to request a new Entitlement File and upload it again. |
