Description This article describes how to remove a member of a FortiGate Cluster managed by FortiManager.
Scope FortiManager v7.0,7.2,7.4.
Solution

After replacing the failed device, it is necessary to delete the broken device from the device Dashboard in FortiManager.

Refer to the steps and diagrams:

 

Go to Device Manager -> Select the device under Managed Device -> Under HA status -> Cluster members -> Select the Settings tab -> Check the Action option.

Once the Action Tab is added the Delete button option is visible under the action tab. Proceed with the deletion by selecting the 'Delete' option.
