Description
This article explains how to download the 'execute tac report' output (FortiCare Debug Report) via the FortiManager/FortiAnalyzer GUI.
Scope
FortiManager v7.4.3 and upper, FortiAnalyzer v7.4.3 and upper.
Solution
From any GUI page, select the Online Help (?) icon in the top-right corner, then select FortiCare Debug Report:
Generating the report may take a few minutes, depending on the load of the unit and the length of the crashlog/klog.
Once done, the file is downloaded automatically, or a 'save file to' prompt may appear, depending on the browser settings.
Note:
From v7.6.3, the FortiCare Debug Report also includes the Apache server logs at the end.
