Description

 

This article describes the procedure to disable the FortiSOAR service on FortiManager. FortiSOAR is a Docker-based service, and the steps below explain the procedure to stop and remove it.

 

Scope


FortiManager.

 

Solution

 

Enter the Docker configuration menu by using the following command:

 

config system docker

    set fortisoar disable

end

After running the commands, the system will stop and remove the FortiSOAR service. The output will display the following:

 

Stopping fortisoar
Stopping fortisoar_fortisoar_1 ... done
Removing fortisoar_fortisoar_1 ... done
Removing network fortisoar_backend

 

The FortiSOAR service will then be successfully disabled.

 

Note: 

Disabling FortiSOAR will terminate all related services and remove the associated Docker containers. It is recommended to confirm this action aligns with the operational requirements before proceeding.
