This article describes when the FortiManager/FortiAnalyzer GUI displays random information.

Scope

FortiManager/FortiAnalyzer.

Solution

1) Log in to GUI.

2) GUI displays random/incorrect information.

For example, GUI displays both FortiManager/FortiAnalyzer information as shown below:

3) Try accessing the GUI again via:

- Different browser.

- Browser's private/Incognito window.

4) If the GUI display correct information using a different browser/incognito window, proceed to clear the cache/cookies of that problematic browser.

5) Log in to GUI via the usual way and verify the information again.
