To configure proxy chaining on FortiManager for transparent web rules, follow these steps:
Go to Policy Package -> Proxy Policy and create a new policy with the option transparent-web.
Then, go to the CLI-configurations option within the same policy package menu.
Select the new proxy policy that was created and go to the webproxy-forward-server option.
Configure the webproxy-forward-server option as needed.
