Solution |
There are issues in FortiManager Cloud that may necessitate full access by the Fortinet backend team. In such cases, Full Access needs to be enabled by the user with explicit consent to allow backend access. Select a username to open the dropdown menu and select Privacy & Notifications:
The default value is 'Service Maintenance'.
