Solution	'554 5.7.1 Access denied' means there is no Access control policy configured to relay the email through FortiMail. To fix the issue, configure the following access control policy in FortiMail under Policy -> Access Control -> Receiving: Sender: Internal Recipient: * (any) As a Source, select 'ISDB' and search for 'Microsoft'. Reverse DNS pattern: *.outbound.protection.outlook.com Authentication: Any Action: Relay
